This first paper was written for a course on the global food economy, regarding the impacts of COVID-19 on food supply chains. This was a research-intensive assignment, but also quite open-ended, as I was given significant freedom in terms of crafting and deciding on a topic related to the global economics of food.

This next writing assignment was more business-oriented in terms of both content and structure: an analysis of and report on the fast-food industry for a business communications course.

Lastly, a more investigative paper for a bioethics course. In this paper, I first worked to describe 2 major moral theories, utilitarianism and Kantianism. Then, I applied this understanding to a case study regarding a doctor presented with an ethical dilemma in terms of whether or not to reveal a patient's HIV-positive status to his sister. The process of planning and writing this paper was thought-provoking, demanding, and very rewarding.
